Lo Wang escapes Mizayaki's compound with Hoji's help after witnessing the arrival of Crawlers and the theft of the Nobitsura Kage.

Lo Wang wakes up in a cage, witnesses Crawlers attacking Mizayaki's men, and sees a Whisperer take a katana.

Lo Wang retrieves the katana, finds a revolver on a dead guard, and escapes the cage.

He pursues Mizayaki and the Nobitsura Kage.

After fighting Crawlers outside, Lo Wang enters a burning building and falls to the first floor, getting injured.

He finds Hoji and a dead Mizayaki; the Nobitsura Kage is gone.

Hoji reveals the sword was taken and offers Lo Wang a healing ability in exchange for his help in retrieving it.

They reach Lo Wang's car and pursue the Whisperer who took the sword.

Secrets:

Two secrets (Money Statue) are shared with the prologue, found by heading right from the car across koi ponds to a break in the bamboo and following the stream, or by walking into a waterfall in the same koi pond to find a retro area.
Exclusive to the Prologue, after the second fight, there's a Shadow Warrior arcade machine with a Money Statue inside a glass cage in front of it.
After leaving the house, walk straight into the bamboo forest, turn right, and find an opening to the forest on the left. Enter the cave for a Crawler and a Money Statue.
After leaving the burning building, head straight to the building in front of you. Shoot a barrel inside the right window to open a door revealing a secret (Money Statue).
After leaving the burning building, head to the statue, then go to the waterfall on the left. Behind it is a cave with a secret (Money Statue).
In the bamboo forest, there's an opening on your right. Go straight and follow the path for a secret (Blood Pool).
In the bamboo forest behind the Tentoki statue, there is a secret (Blood Pool).
Secrets 1 and 2 from the prologue can still be obtained at the end of this chapter.
