    When ready, select the option to look for relics.

    In Kinshicho Underground District, move east and descend stairs to the Train Platform.

    Head north to the Underground Passage and take the elevator up to 1F (first floor).

    Return to the fountain located at the north end of Kinshi Park.

    Destroy the northernmost Wormwood to access the exit in the northwest corner.

    On the Tokyo (world) map, head north to Sky Tower.

    Defeat the BOSS at Lv 71, which nullifies Electric attacks.
Tips
  • While using the (Mapper) (a tool to view the map), pressing X centers the map on the current quest destination (marked by a red flag), and pressing Y centers the Mapper view back on your character.
  • The Wormwood can be destroyed by attacking it with your regular weapon from the correct side (press X).
  • You can clear any other Wormwood in the Kinshi Park area to make ground travel easier.
