Walkthrough

Head west across the fields to the railroad tracks alongside the highway.

Pursue the police truck until you ram it and take the cargo.

Go west to Eubanks Mountain, which is north of Eastwood.

Find and take the path going up the mountain, being careful not to fall off and watching for police ambushes.

When the side of the mountain changes from gray rocks to brown dirt, climb up it to skip police traps and take a shortcut.

Reach the checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death) to complete the Forest section.

Tips

The time on the clock is misleading; the mission starts with only 3.5 minutes.
If you fall off the mountain or are delayed, the police truck may steal the contraband back and head towards the destination. However, it is slow and will smash into things.
To lose pursuing police, stay on the opposite side of the railroad tracks as the train approaches, then cut in front of it at the last second.
Climbing the brown dirt section of the mountain acts as a shortcut and helps avoid traps.
