Alright, we're on the second floor of the bank, and our main objective is to rescue that security guard. But before we head upstairs, there are a few things to wrap up on the ground floor.

First, head back out into the main hall. Go to your left. You'll see some offices along the back wall, but don't worry about those for now – they're inaccessible at the moment. Keep going around the corner; there's an elevator, but we can't use it yet either.

Around the next corner, take the door on your left. You'll find three thugs waiting for you. Take them out.

Next, go through the door that's now open. This leads to a janitor's closet. Inside, use the control panel on the wall. This will open up an HVAC vent in the ceiling. Climb up into the ventilation ducts.

From the vents, you can actually go back around and drop down into those offices along the back wall that we saw earlier. Just drop through the HVAC vents. Once you're inside an office, the door will automatically open.

In the first office you enter, look under the desk – there's a blue exotic spider for you to grab.

The next office you enter has two more thugs. Deal with them.

The last two offices are empty, though the very last one has a woman who seems to be in distress, but there's no actual thug to fight there.

Now, head back down the hall, past the janitor's closet. The first open office on your left is empty. The next one is also empty, but you can jump over the cubicle wall on your right to find two more thugs. Take them down.

With the ground floor cleared, head back to the main lobby. Face the stairways and go up the right set of stairs to the second floor.

Once on the second floor, go through the doors towards the front of the bank. Head straight through the next door and you'll find some thugs. Take care of them.

After dealing with those thugs, move into the adjoining conference room. Here's the main event: a super thug is guarding the security guard. It's a good idea to have your adrenaline meter built up before this fight, as it'll make things a lot easier.

Tips

Don't try to access the offices along the back wall or the elevator on the ground floor until you've gone through the janitor's closet and the vents.
Make sure to grab the blue exotic spider in the first office you drop into from the vents.
Build up your adrenaline before entering the conference room to face the super thug. It makes the fight significantly more manageable.
