[6.6.2] Objective: Catch Puma.

First things first, you'll be in a garage. You need to clear out the thugs hanging around here. Once they're dealt with, look for some rafters above. Crawl up there – you're looking for an orange exotic spider. Grab it!

After snagging the spider, find the control panel nearby. Use it to open the garage door. Puma's going to make a run for it, so follow him through the next room and head up the stairs.

Keep going up two flights of stairs. You'll enter a room where about six thugs are waiting for you, and two of them have guns. Try to fight them in smaller groups. A good move here is the jump attack – it can help you manage the crowd. Once you've cleared them out, find the control panel on the door at the far end of the room and use it to proceed.

You'll find yourself in another stairwell. The directional arrow might point you up, but don't go that way just yet! Head all the way down to the bottom. There's another orange exotic spider waiting for you down there. Collect it.

Now, make your way all the way back up. You'll pass through a few more rooms, and yeah, more thugs will pop up. Keep pushing through until you reach another door with a control panel. Use it to get into the next stairwell.

Just like before, head down this stairwell first. At the bottom, you'll find an escaped inmate named Brett Stinx. Make sure to grab him.

With Brett secured, head all the way back up the stairwell. You'll finally find Puma. He's going to try and attack you, so be ready to duck under his moves. The default key for ducking/dodging is the Spacebar. After dodging, get in close and pummel him. Keep repeating this pattern – dodge his attacks, then strike. He'll occasionally stop and throw things at you. When that happens, double-jump to avoid whatever he's tossing. Keep at it, and you'll eventually beat him.

Once you've had your fill of beating him up, Puma will make a dramatic exit by fleeing through the window. You've successfully completed the objective!
