Alright, let's talk about Scrapper's Run on Ord Ibanna. This one's a real nail-biter, and unlike some of the longer tracks, you'll have rivals breathing down your neck the whole time. If you want to come out on top here, you'll need racers with serious top speed – think Mars Guo or Boles Roor.

Your first big move is to get past Wan Sandage right at the start. Don't let him set the pace! Once you've done that, just floor it until you hit the tunnel. This tunnel is your chance to really open up the engines; it's long and straight, so you'll hit speeds you haven't seen before. Just remember to make one sharp turn to the left inside the tube, and you'll blast out onto the next section.

Now, this is where things get dicey. You're coming up on a super sharp curve right next to a yellow-and-black striped wall. You'll be going ridiculously fast, and if you clip that wall, your engine's toast, you'll blow up, and suddenly those second and third place racers will be right on your tail. So, how do you avoid disaster? As soon as you exit the tunnel and see that wall approaching, tap the brakes for just a second. You're going so fast it won't hurt your overall speed much – you should still be cruising in the 500s – but it'll give you a crucial extra moment to nail the turn and reduce your speed enough that even if you do bump the wall, you'll likely survive.

If you're still finding yourself crashing here, try holding the brake a bit longer, or even cutting the engines completely for a moment. These are all much better options than exploding! If you manage this turn, you should still be in the lead.

After that tricky curve, the rest of the course is pretty straightforward. There are a few more turns, but the track is wide enough that you don't need to stress about them. Just keep pushing that speed – this is where your high top-speed racer really shines. Finally, you'll come up on a jump. Make sure to tilt your racer up as you hit it to glide across, then just land and zoom over the finish line!

Quick note on Wan Sandage himself: he looks a bit like a walking palm tree with goggles, and while he's got great acceleration, his top speed is pretty weak. It's a bit of a mystery how he's the favorite on a course that really favors racers with better top-end speed.
