Bowser's really throwing everything he's got at you here. You'll need to fight your way across a series of tanks. Start by getting past Tank #1, then move onto Tank #2. Watch out for the Cannonball launchers and a Bob-omb launcher. Keep pushing right across Tank #2, dodging more Cannonball launchers until you finish it.
Tank #3 has an Exhaust Port, a Rocky Wrench, and a Bob-omb launcher. Your goal is to jump from Tank #3 to Tank #4, avoiding the Bob-ombs below, and then you'll have to fight a Rocky Wrench. Tank #5 starts with a Cannonball cannon, then a Rocky Wrench on top as you advance to Tank #6. On Tank #6, you'll face two Cannonball cannons at the front, a Rocky Wrench up top, and a Bob-omb launcher off the back.
You'll need to wait for Tank #7 to appear before hopping onto it – aim for the Cannonball cannon. Deal with the Rocky Wrench there, and then grab the Power-Up from the ? Block. Tank #8 is next, featuring a Cannonball launcher, a Rocky Wrench, and then another Cannonball launcher and a Bob-omb launcher shooting off the back. Work your way past this carefully. Then, jump to Tank #9 to face a Cannonball cannon, a Rocky Wrench, and a Bob-omb launcher.
