How To Clear Out The Financial District
Once you’ve made it out of the Hotel you’ll have to deal with another group of enemies that are roaming around outside, so stay in cover whilst using the small walls and vehicles and make your way into the Rivers Cafe. Make your way up the stairs and go out onto the EXIT balcony and take out the sniper. After you’ve dealt with him, use the vantage point to take out the enemies below with a Bow or the Rifle.
