Raising the Bardias

Accept the Quest: Speak with the Provincial Army Soldier located outside Juno Naval Fortress.

First Duel (Class Battle): You'll first face Wallace in a battle where you can only use your class abilities. Start by using Battle Scope to analyze him. Then, employ Sledgehammer and any other crafts with a high break rating to quickly put him into the Break status. Once he's broken, use Wind Blade and then stick to normal attacks to delay his turns. Keep repeating this cycle until Wallace's HP drops to 10%. If he starts charging up a powerful attack, be ready to use Ebon Crest to reflect all incoming damage for four rounds.

Second Duel (Rean): After the class battle, you'll face Wallace again, this time as Rean in a one-on-one duel. Your goal here is to get his HP down to 50%. Activate Spirit Unification along with Sledgehammer, and then use Fatal Helix to trigger his Break Status. Switch your Brave Order to Crazy Hunt and continue spamming Fatal Crimson Slash until you reach the 50% HP mark. Warning: If Wallace's HP drops below 50%, be sure to heal yourself immediately, as his attacks can take you out in just two hits.
