Walkthrough

Proceed right, eliminating a single Mummy Roderick Rat.

Hop over a statue of Max and a few pillars.

Defeat a trio of Vampire Bats.

At the highest pillar, you will encounter the first Ghost. They can be defeated like any other enemy, with a kick or jumping on them.

Continue right and slowly scaling down, defeating more Vampire Bats and Roderick Rats.

From there, continue over more pillars and ledges and statues while fending off the same three types of monsters, until you get into the haunted mansion proper.
