    Inside the cave behind the waterfall, look to your left. You'll see a metal crate you can pull down. Use this crate to reach a platform on the right side of the cave. Up there, you'll find an Eroded Flintlock Pistol treasure and a Journal Note.

    After grabbing those, exit the cave and head back to the main path. There's another cairn on the way out, just before you reach the waterfall itself.

    Continue on, and you'll eventually reach a point where you need to exit the vehicle again.
