Walkthrough
- 1Begin by solving the Crosses and Wheels puzzle. Fill the bucket with water, place it back in the wheel, and then arrange the crosses: white to the left light, big in the middle, and black to the right. Pull the lever to continue.
- 2After pulling the switch, examine it for a Journal Entry. Turn left and walk to the edge of the area for an Optional Conversation with Sam.
- 3Turn around, then left, and look down to spot a grapple beam. Swing to an outcropping to find the Strange Pendant.
- 4Grapple back to the beam and swing diagonally to small ledges leading up. Follow the path right, jump across a gap, hook onto another beam, and swing to the lower level. Circle around the pillar to the left and climb down ledges to find the Amatory Box.
- 5Climb back up and press L3 to spot the broken bridge. Climb the ledge in front of you to boost Sam up. Sam will push down a crate; move it to the opposite wall, then jump up to the ledges to follow him.
- 6Exit the catacombs through a hole in the wall. Jump across the gap to your left and climb up for a scene.
- 7Shimmy right and drop down. Check the room to the left for a Pewter Box behind the statue.
- 8In the gap on the opposite side of the room, grapple the beam. Rappel to the end of the rope and swing to the ledges on the left.
- 9Jump to the ledges on the right and pass through the tunnel. Find a crate on the other side and push it down to create a path to the broken bridge.
- 10Drop off the ledge to the right of the bridge, shimmy left and down to find the Memento Mori Skill Watch.
- 11Climb back up, cross to the opposite room, and find another broken bridge. Look across to the metal crate. Wait for the grapple prompt, then jump and rappel up. Check the wooden crates to the right for the Scottish Tipstaff.
- 12Move the metal crate to the far end of the area. Latch onto the crate again, drop off the ledge, and wall run to jump to the ledges on the left.
- 13Follow the path to the second challenge room. Drop off the ledge to the left onto a lower outcropping to find a Journal Note.
- 14Cross the beam and jump to a landing next to the large seesaw beam. Run to the opposite end, then return so Sam can join you. Make the jump to the ledges on the right.
- 15Shimmy right to grapple the beam and swing to the metal gears. Climb up to find another metal crate to push down onto the seesaw. As the seesaw breaks, rush to the other end and jump for Sam's hand.
- 16After the cutscene, you will be unarmed. Stay in cover until the floor behind Sam crumbles, then follow him.
- 17Climb the pillar in the center of the pit and jump to the next pillar when it appears. Jump and tackle an enemy to gain a weapon.
- 18Take cover behind rubble. Head up the rubble to the right, grapple an exposed beam, and swing to the statue.
- 19Climb up and jump to the adjacent ledge. Wait for enemies to come over and pull them off the ledge. Make your way through the tunnels until you reach the area with the turret.
Tips
- The Crosses and Wheels puzzle configuration is random, but the solution method remains the same.
- When grappling the metal crate, wait for the prompt as it may not always appear.
- In the area after the seesaw, use the environment to your advantage during combat.
- Pull enemies off ledges to conserve ammunition.
