9. WALKTHROUGH - CHAPTER 7 - THE DUKE AND THE DUCHESS [900]

Guide your way through the wind and skylands to reach the temple in the sky. Find hidden goodies, face Tristis, and prepare for the final conflict in Valiant Hearts.

Alright, we're heading into Chapter 7, which is a pretty big deal story-wise – it really sets up the final showdown and we learn some key stuff about Aurora's past. Seriously, anything after this point is major spoilers, so be warned!

Basically, the main goal here is to fly up through the wind and the skylands to reach the temple. But hey, don't just rush straight there! If you take a moment to explore the nooks and crannies to the left, you can snag some extra goodies and experience points. You're pretty deep into the game now, so you should have a good feel for how these sections work.

If you head to the left of the cave, you'll find a MAGDEFDUST. Keep going up and left through a current, and you'll find CONFESSION #15. If you go even further up and left from there, a trail of balloons will lead you to TRISTIS THE SUICIDAL CLOWN, who happens to be Rubella's brother. He's got some serious armor and haste spells, plus high defenses. A good strategy is to bring him into battles early to buff Aurora, then swap him out for a more offensive character like Finn or Robert.

Over on the far right side of this area, there's a DEFSTAR, and you'll find lots of other scattered treasures if you look around. When you feel like you're ready to move on, make your way to the center of the city. From there, head upwards to trigger a miniboss fight against a giant griffin. Fair warning, this fight can be pretty tough – I definitely felt like I could have used a bit more grinding in the area beforehand!
