Memory 5: Last Of The Palaiologi

As the memory begins, immediately start running towards the objective marker. You can choose to run through the streets or along the rooftops.

Avoid bumping into guards or making mistakes that alert them. Keep moving quickly towards the marker.

When you reach Manuel, you will encounter a group of guards. You can either fight them or escape. To escape, climb over the gate.

Warning: Be careful of Templars who may throw rocks or shoot at you, as this will cause you to fail the optional objective.

If you choose to fight the guards, use perfect countering and executions. Even blocking can result in damage.

Follow Manuel's trail to the water's edge and confront him.

After the ensuing cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), Manuel will attack. Counter one of his attacks to defeat him, perform a quick Assassinate, or grab him and throw him into the water.

After Manuel is dealt with, watch the concluding cutscene.
