    After returning Mia to the Home Base and acquiring the Artemis blood code, teleport to the Park Ruins mistle in the Ruined City Center.

    Descend the ladder, walk towards the angel statue, and interact with it to lower the adjacent ladder.

    Climb the ladder and approach the bloodspring to trigger a cutscene. Head inside the cave and follow the path to another ladder.
