- 1After returning Mia to the Home Base and acquiring the Artemis blood code, teleport to the Park Ruins mistle in the Ruined City Center.
- 2Descend the ladder, approach the angel statue, and interact with it to lower the next ladder.
- 3Climb the ladder, and after a cutscene at the bloodspring, enter the cave and follow the path to another ladder.
- 4Climb this ladder. At the top, go to the backside to find 5x Plasma Cartridge and Map: Flood of Impurity.
- 5Continue through the path to reach the exterior of the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood.
- 6Head straight to the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood Entrance Mistle and activate it.
- 7Go down the stairs into an arena. Defeat the Armored Female Lost to obtain 1x Queen Steel.
- 8From the entrance, go straight and then left. Defeat the Stone-Crusher guarding an item by the glowing vines to obtain 1x Regen Activation Factor.

- 10Exit this area and make a left. You will find an Axe-wielding Lost.
