Defeat the purple boss. He is carrying a key you need.

Grab the key dropped by the boss.

Walk left to the right edge of the left climbing surface, below the left chandelier.

Wait a moment, then climb up and left.

Open the purple door.

Hit the switch inside the purple door area.

Return to standing below the chandelier.

Run right and open the door.

Run to the exit door.

A barrier blocks the puzzle piece. Wait for your shadow to hit the switch, which will open the barrier briefly, allowing you to grab the puzzle piece.
