Follow this Call of Duty: WWII guide to complete the 'Recover The Artifact' Easter Egg in The Final Reich. Learn how to assemble the Tesla Gun, power the grid, and defend the tower.
Walkthrough
- 1Assemble the Tesla Gun: This is a prerequisite. If you need help, refer to 'The Final Reich - The Tesla Gun' section. Note where the Brenner zombie drops its head.
- 2Power the Grid: Head to the Emperor's Chamber and examine the 'Right Hand of God' machine on the left. Then, go to the machine behind the Tesla Gun crafting table in the command room. Activate it to see a display showing numbers 1-4 with corresponding colors (red, green, or blue). Remember these color-number pairings as they change each game. You have a limited time to set four numbered panels throughout the map to match these colors.
- Panel 1: Located next to the machine in the Emperor's Chamber. Look for the number '1' on the upper left corner of the adjacent machine.
- 3Panel 2: Found in the Morgue, in the room between the Sewers and the Morgue, near the Pack-A-Punch station.
- 4Panel 3: Located in Riverside, on the edge of the tunnel exit leading to the docks.
- 5Panel 4: Situated in Riverside, next to the pub, on the gates leading to the lightning tower.
- 6Defend the Lightning Rod: Go to the tower and interact with the lever on the ground floor to start the 'lightning rod lift process'. You will be swarmed by zombies. Defend the lever for at least a minute as its health must not deplete. Using a Jack-In-The-Box can help distract zombies. Prioritize headshots.
- 7Defend Both Levers: After the tower charges, Straub will communicate. Two more levers are located on either side of the pillars at the front of the tower. More zombies will appear, and you must defend both levers simultaneously for about a minute. This step is significantly easier with a partner. The screen shaking indicates success.
- 8Retrieve the Artifact: Return to the Emperor's Chamber and activate the 'Right Hand of God' machine again. A zeppelin will appear. Aim for one of the four orange glowing lights on its underside and shoot it until it explodes and drops a generator. All team members should focus fire on the same light.
