Gather 750 Jolts to open the gate to the Village Square.

Follow the three cables from the generator on the right to find and turn three valves. You'll need 1,000 Jolts to open the Riverside gate for the third valve.

Press the pilot light button near the generator to cause an explosion. Kill the flaming zombies that emerge, then jump into the hole. Power up the Village Square generator and return to the Village Square.

With both generators running, spend 1,250 Jolts to open the bunker near the first generator. Head to the Command Room.

Spend 1,500 Jolts to open the Morgue and 1,500 Jolts to open the Laboratory. Locate and activate the large switches in both areas within a short time frame. The Laboratory switch is found by going straight from the first room, turning right, going straight again, hugging the right wall, going down the stairs, and it will be ahead. In the Morgue, turn right upon entering, follow the hallway to the dead end, turn left, go up the large staircase, and the switch will be on the right wall in the next room past cabinets.

After both are open, enter the Salt Mine (costs 1,500 Jolts). Kill the Bomber zombies. Follow the stairs to the Emperor's Chamber. Charge the apparatus by killing zombies within the large red circle on the floor until everything turns red. Head back to the Command Room.

In the Command Room, turn the crank near the Salt Mine door to prepare for assembly.

Go upstairs to the weapon assembly station. Press the red button to activate the Transfer Device. Escort the device and kill zombies within the large red circle beneath it to keep it happy.
