The Black Throne: Part 3

After the opening cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), move to the southwest corner of the room to find a new alcove with Voidwalker symbols. Activate the portal on the wall, then use a charged portal on the floor below it. Jump into the wall portal to reach the platform above. Repeat this process to reach the top, turn right, and enter the door.

Inside, find a Blue Soul Chest to the left. Activate the portal pad next to it. Locate the portal pad on the roof at the back of the room, travel through it, and float to a nearby platform to collect Artefact: Soldier.

Drop back to the floor and dismiss your portals. Reactivate the portal near the chest. Turn around to face a canyon with spiky death pillars. Wait for the first pillar to rise, revealing a portal pad further in. Activate this pad, then turn back to the first portal pad. Charge up a super portal and activate the second portal pad as it passes through the first. The first portal will disappear; reactivate it and wait for a clear path before jumping through to be propelled to the far ledge.

Enter the next room, a large circular one. Jump down to find a large red crystal in the center. Activate the nearby portal pad. Look out the door to see a rotating, floating stone block. Wait for the portal pad on this block to become visible, then activate it. Wait for the block to rotate and face the bomb plant before jumping through and gliding across the gap.

Activate the portal pad here. Use your abyssal chain to grab the bomb from the stone column. Wait for the portal on the rotating stone block to face a cluster of red crystals, then toss the bomb through to destroy them. Jump through the portal to find a chest containing the eighth piece of the Abyssal Armour Set [8/10].

Using your Voidwalker, return to the room with the large red crystal. Reactivate the portal, then activate the one on the stone pillar. Head to the platform with the bomb. Dismiss the portal on the spinning block and activate the other portal nearby. Use the abyssal chain to grab the bomb and toss it through the portal to trigger a cutscene.

Return to the top of the stairs. Plant a charged portal on the pad on the pillar in the center of the room. Jump back to the floor and enter the portal to be launched into a small alcove containing a Beholder's Key. Return to the opposite side of the chasm with the spike pits and exit to Azrael’s prison.

Move to the edge of the platform. Wait for the lowest section of the rotating rock wall to reach you, double jump onto it, and climb until you reach the highest point. Look for a blue locked door. When you see it, jump across to the platform before it and open the door with the key.

Inside, activate the elevator and defeat the Demonic Soldiers that spawn. At the top, exit the elevator and use the nearby switch.

Enter the next door, cross the bridge to the central platform, and prepare for enemy encounters. First, defeat the green Demon Soldiers and Poison Demon. Next, eliminate the Shielded Iron Giant. Note the Green Soul Chest and Yellow Soul Chest available if needed.

Once all enemies are defeated, exit the room through the door on the west side.

Target the portal pad on the first column with the portal gun, then activate the symbol on the wall nearby. Charge up a super portal and tag the second column with it through the original portal. Re-establish the portal on the wall when it disappears.

Wait for the portal to face the other side of the chasm where red crystals are located. Look up to the left to find a bomb plant. Use War’s abyssal chain to grab a bomb and toss it through the portal when the crystals are visible to destroy them. Hop through the portal when the platform on the opposite side of the cliff is visible, landing on a small platform. Ride this over to the other side and jump off.

Upon landing, you will be trapped as exits seal off. Defend yourself against a Poison Demon and Iron Giant combination, followed by Demonic Soldiers, and finally a pair of shielded Iron Giants. Use the nearby Green Soul Chest and Yellow Soul Chests to heal if necessary.

After the enemies are defeated, enter the door.

Below the switch as you enter the door, find a Blue Soul Chest.
