Walkthrough
- 1Tram Station: Find the single box to the left.
- 2Commons: Smash the legs off all dead bodies. Grab four items: one in the open, one in a green box, and two in wall boxes. Visit the store and storage if needed. Take the lift up. You'll find a save point, item, bench, and a text log. To get the level 5 RIG early, take the ground-level door on the right instead of the top door.
- 3Rec Hallway: A scare occurs to the right, but no enemies attack. Find a box to the left of the door and another in the left corner before entering the next area.
- 4Rec Room: (HARD difficulty note: Supers may appear on all levels). Jump up platforms to lure out three Lurkers; use the Line Gun to cut their tentacles. If you can't see them, jump to a platform down the tube to make them move. Pick up the Nav Card.
- 5Z-Ball (Optional): Step on the first platform to start Z-Ball. The goal is to shoot the ball into the goal within the shot clock, jumping between lighted platforms. Aim for 16-20 points per round for five levels to get a semiconductor. Level 6 awards a power node.
- 6Exit Rec Room: Open the door to the reward room; a Super Slasher attacks immediately. The hallway is clear.
- 7Return to Commons: Upon returning, a Super Slasher will be on the left and an Infector on the right. Stasis both, kill the Infector first, then the Slasher. Failing to kill the Infector or smash all bodies' legs can lead to death.

- 12Residential Lobby: A Guardian and a Super Slasher appear. Use Line Gun mines or grenades on the Guardian to clear eggs and damage the Super. Stasis both if needed. Collect items, then enter a tiny bathroom for more items. Use the Crew Key to take the lift down.
- 13Sleep Block A: No enemies. Find items and a save point. In a bathroom to the left, blast a Super Slasher body. Save, get out the Cutter, and take the middle door.
- 14Objective: Override Locks to Block B: An arm will grab you; shoot the yellow part to break free. Find two items by the arm's hole and two items by the door you entered. Go to the Storage Room, move the lever down, and grab the item to the left of the door. Fight a Super Slasher in the sleeping area and go through the door. Save and enter Block B.
- 15Sleep Block B: Upon entering, you'll face a Pregnant and a Female Slasher. Find items in two rooms on the left. In the middle room, an O2 recharge is available, but a Super Slasher wakes up; defeat it first. Take the door to the bunk area and move forward.
Tips
- On HARD difficulty, Supers may appear on all levels.
- Use the Line Gun to quickly cut off Lurker tentacles.
- For Z-Ball, focus on jumping to platforms and shooting when the goal is open. Don't be afraid to stand close and shoot when time is low.
- Prioritize killing the Infector before the Super Slasher in the Commons upon returning.
