    The next morning, your Empathy will inform you about finding who bears "la responsabilité". Click on the thought orb that appears to accept the task "Take on *la responabilité*".

    Head to the church, which is padlocked. Do not use your prybar as it will break. Instead, go to the tent northeast of the church.

    Speak to Andre in the tent and exhaust his conversation options to initiate "Help ravers start a nightclub". Ask if he put the padlock on the door, and his friend Noid will throw you the key. You can attempt a Hand / Eye Coordination (10) check to catch it or pick it up from the ground.

    Speak to Tiago in the bell tower. Exhaust his conversation options and ask if he has heard the "viejita" say the password for her radiocomputer. He will tell you the password.

    Return to the radiocomputer, press PLAY, and use the passphrase. After speaking to the operator, press PRINT. Read the printout to learn about Soona.

    Tell Soona you are trying to contact Coalition Warship Archer. She will ignore you and check if you've broken anything. Speak to her again, ask what she is doing there to learn she was the lead programmer on Project Fortress. Ask how she feels about "anodic dance music"; she hates it and tells you to talk to the ravers in the tent again. Ask about her research and she will say she is looking for the location of a 2mm hole in the world.

    Return to the tent and tell Andre about Soona and that she won't allow them to set up a nightclub until her project is finished. Do not agree to evict her; instead, say you will try to find a way to work with her.

    Return to Soona and tell her Andre is okay with her staying. If she refuses to cooperate, make a Suggestion (11) check to get her to cooperate. Offer to help her finish her project so she doesn't have to live in the church. She will ask for the game's off-site copy from her old workplace (not the production schedule). She says it's in the fridge in the DCA basement, but mentions a note about it being moved to a nearby ice cream maker. Agree to fetch it to initiate "Help Soona with her project". She gives you the Kvalsund KR+2 Multi Tool, which you should equip.

    Fast travel to Whirling-in-Rags and go to the DCA basement. Use the breaker box to unplug the black cable. Wear clothing that improves your Physical Instrument skill and examine the red ice cream maker. Make a Physical Instrument (16) check to retrieve the filament memory from inside.

    Return to Soona and give her the filament. She will use it to pinpoint the hole's location. She asks you to move water bowls according to her instructions. You will lose -1 Morale.

    Speak to Soona again. Make a Perception (15) check to try and hear the hole yourself through her headphones.

    Suggest you need a better sound system. Soona will agree to let the ravers set up in the church if she can use their speakers.

    Go tell Andre they can move in on the condition that Soona can use their speakers. Return to the church and ask Soona about her project. She will eventually say she needs Egg Head to plug a 3.5 cable into the auxiliary input.

    Talk to Egg Head. Choose "Say nothing" five times, then "No, but seriously...". Choose anything, then speak to Egghead again. Choose "Say nothing" five times, then "SO HARD CORE", "IT IS!", and "THE QUESTION IS, WHAT IS THE QUESTION?!" Now you can ask Egg Head to route Soona's signal through his speakers. After more conversation, he turns the music off.
