The best way to approach this is by splitting your efforts into two main playthroughs: one focused on Low Chaos and the other on High Chaos. This way, you can tackle most of them efficiently without needing to backtrack too much later.

Low Chaos Playthrough: The Ghost

This is your stealthy, non-lethal run. Your main goals here are to achieve the Clean Hands and Shadow trophies, which means not killing anyone and not being detected. If you focus on these, you'll naturally unlock several others like Ghost, Specter, Faceless, Surgical, and Vanished. It's basically your chance to get every achievement that doesn't involve a body count. However, I'd suggest skipping Granny Rags' side missions because the final part of her questline can be a bit buggy (no spoilers!). You'll definitely want to do Slackjaw's side missions, though, as he helps you take out some key targets without resorting to violence.

High Chaos Playthrough: The Killer
