Begin at the Hound Pits Pub. Talk to Cecilia and take the keys from the wall.

Enter the pub, which is guarded. Use 'Slow Time' or stealth to blink across the street and enter through an open window.

Inside, go to the room on the right, then the room immediately to its right in the hallway. Find a Blueprint in the bin.

Proceed upstairs to Corvo's room. Wait for guards to finish their conversation and leave, then incapacitate the remaining ones. Check your desk for a letter from Emily.

Exit Corvo's room window and go to the roof of Piero's workshop.

Optional: Save Sokolov and Piero & Information on Havelock

Drop from the roof onto the vent to the right. Follow it down and enter the open door.
Grab the Rune (1/1) from the table and go downstairs to speak with Sokolov and Piero.
Piero will ask for the blueprint. Hand it over.
Ask Piero to set the arc pylon to incapacitate all guards (for a zero-kill run).
Talk to Piero to buy upgrades or ammo. Take an empty whale oil canister from the dispenser, fill it, and return to the roof.
On the roof, open the three canisters using the switch. Place the full canister in the empty socket and pull the switch again.
After the scene, all enemies on the map will be asleep. Loot the area freely.
To complete an optional objective, return to the bar to find a letter detailing Havelock's plans.
When ready, return to the roof and go to Emily's room in the tower.
Meet Calista. Loot the room and interact with the object in the window to summon Samuel.
Exit through the opposite door (key is on the bed) and blink down to the beach.
Talk to Samuel to complete the mission.
