Walkthrough

Kill the Imps directly in front of you and proceed forward.

Ignore the Cacodemons in cages and move to the other side.

Enter the left opening and follow the hallway, eliminating any Spectres, Imps, or Zombiemen.

When you reach a wall, look for an opening to your left and a wall with a face icon to your right.

Press the interact button (Circle) on the face icon to reveal a hidden passage.

Enter this passage to find a Backpack and the BFG9000.

Exit this room and enter the opening directly ahead.

Kill your first Arachnotron (on hard skill levels) and locate the red walls to your left.

Press the interact button (Circle) on the red walls until a hidden door opens.

Enter the hidden door, kill the Shotgun Guys and Imps, and proceed through the next two openings to your right.

Head down the hall to your right until you see a door on your left.

Open and enter this door, kill the Demons and Lost Souls, and collect the Blue Key.

Leave this room and return to the hall, heading back through the same two openings.

Locate the hidden door (parts of a wall between two poles) and open it.

Follow the hall until you see a Blue Door.

Open and enter the Blue Door.

Go through the opening to your right and follow the hallway to another large room, killing Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys.

Enter the opening to your left into a dark hallway with pillars.

Follow the right-hand wall until you see an opening to your right, eliminating any Imps or Lost Souls.

Enter this opening and go into the slime pit, heading right towards an opening.

Before entering the opening, turn right to find a wall with another opening.

Enter this side opening to find a Radiation Suit.

Return to the main opening and proceed through it to another large room.

Kill the Spectre and grab the Soulsphere.

Return to the middle of the slime pit and go through the opening opposite the one leading to the dark pillar room.

Turn left and follow the hall to another large room, killing the Cacodemon (on hard skill levels).

In this room, kill the Demons, open the exit door, and go through it.

Kill the Spectre and hit the exit switch.

Tips

The BFG9000 is available much earlier in this version compared to the PC version.
The dark hallway with pillars can be disorienting; sticking to the right-hand wall is the recommended path.
