Level 44: Suburbs

From the start, open the door by the staircase and proceed through.

Blast the Revenant ahead and move to the wall at the far end of the room.

Turn right, follow the wall to an opening, and go through it.

Turn right again and head towards a pillar in a slime pit with Imps on it.

Ascend the stairs on the pillar, eliminating Imps and collecting Boxes of Rockets.

At the top, pick up the Blue Key and drop back into the pit.

Turn right and head towards the southeast corner of the map, using the Automap (a map displayed on your HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)) if needed.

Continue straight until you reach a platform with 4 Plasma Guns. Note this platform and the red building behind it with a door on each side.

Follow the black wall to your left until you find an opening.

Go through the opening to find a staircase; kill the Revenants and ascend it.

At the top, kill the Demons and go through the opening.

Grab the Medikits, open the adjacent door, and go through it.

Blast the Revenants inside and proceed straight until you see a Blue Door to your left.

Next to the Blue Door is a wall of skulls. Open the Blue Door and enter.

Grab the Red Key and interact with the switch on the window.

Exit the room. The skull wall will have lowered, revealing a teleporter. Step into it.

You will be teleported to the platform with the 4 Plasma Guns. Ignore them and head towards the red building with doors on each side.

Warning: Drop down to the left, run to the building, and quickly open the left door. You must be fast to see a switch; otherwise, it will appear as a solid wall. If you miss the switch, you can backtrack, hit the switch, use the teleporter, drop down, and run to the door again.

Once the switch is activated, quickly reach the exit switch and activate it to access the secret exit.
