    Start the level, open the door, and eliminate all enemies (Shotgun Guys, Zombiemen, Imps, Demons). Follow the left hall to a door.

    Open the next door. Shoot the barrel in front of you to kill nearby enemies. Head up the stairs to the right, then down the stairs to the left.

    Turn left. Shoot the barrel to kill enemies. Hit the switch to open a wall where the first barrel was. Enter the new opening.

    Before entering, clear the area of Shotgun Guys with a Chaingun or Shotgun. Head up the stairs. Listen for the sound of an elevator dropping. Wait for it to rise.

    (Refer to ASCII map for lift locations A1 and A2). Leave and re-enter the room to lower the lifts. Run to A2, killing any Imps, Shotgun Guys, or Demons in your way.

    Get on the lift at A2 and walk up to the wall to open it. Go through. Follow the hall to a pillar, killing Imps.

    At the pillar, hit the switch to lower it and grab the Soulsphere. Turn around, leave the room, and lower the lift.

    Run to A1 (across from you) and get on the lift. When it rises, walk up to the wall to open it. Go through.

    Kill the Imps and the Heavy Weapon Dude (on skill 4). Grab the Rocket Launcher and Box of Rockets.

    Enter the slime river and follow the opening to a switch. Hit the switch, grab the backpack, and open the green door to your right.

    Follow the hall to a silver platform. Get on it when it lowers. Ride it to the top and open the door.

    Grab the Armor. The floor will lower. Head up the stairs to your left.

    At the top, turn right and open the door. You will be back at the level's starting point. A new bridge has been created in the center.

    Cross the bridge. Walk up to the wall to open it. Go through. Head straight; another set of walls will open.

    If playing on Ultra Violence, use the Rocket Launcher to clear Zombiemen and Shotgun Guys. Head straight; another set of walls will open.

    Follow the hallway to the exit door. Open it and go through.

    Lower the lift to your left, get on it, and ride it to the top. Kill the Imp, grab the Box of Rockets, and drop back down.

    Hit the exit switch to take the secret exit.
