Learn how to collect Dragon Balls in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and discover all the wishes you can make to Shenron, including rare items, characters, and more.

The Dragon pedestal is where you can use the Dragon Balls to make a wish to Shenron. You can obtain Dragon Balls in three ways: fighting Time Patrollers in Parallel Quests, defeating Time Patrollers in side events, and as a daily login reward. Summoning Shenron for the first time earns a trophy, and unlocking all characters and variants requires gathering Dragon Balls at least four times for the 'I've come for you' trophy.

Below is a list of all possible wishes and their functions:

• I Want Money — Grants Zeni.
• I Want A Rare Item — Grants the Goodie Radish accessory.
• I Want To Dress Up — Grants the Crystal Battle Suit Outfit set. The second time grants the Gold Outfit set.
• I Want To Get Stronger — Grants 6 Echo Soul devices for mixing Super Souls.
• I Want To Grow — Grants 1 level.
• I Want A New Ultimate Attack — The first time grants Time Skip (Hit's Ultimate). The second time grants Ice Canon.
• I Want A New Super Attack — The first time grants Flash Fist Crush. The second time grants Ice Claw.
• I Want More Usable Characters — The first time grants Hit, the second time grants Eis Shenron, the third time grants Nouva Shenron, and the last time grants Omega Shenron.
• I Want A Second Chance At Life — Resets attribute points, allowing you to reapply them.
• I Want To Be Drop Dead Gorgeous — Allows you to edit your character's appearance (excluding race or gender).
• I Want Medals — Grants 10 TP Medals.
• I Want To Dress Up More! — Grants the Turtle Hermit Set.
• I Want Another New Super Attack! — Grants Dragon Flash Bullet.
• I Want Another New Ultimate Attack! — Grants Minus Energy Ball.
• I Want A Full Stomach! — Grants 30 pieces of pudding.

Fast Dragon Ball Collection Guide

There are two main methods to quickly gather all 7 Dragon Balls in Xenoverse 2.

Method 1: Parallel Quests

Challenge a Parallel Quest with a chance to spawn Time Patrollers. In Xenoverse 2, three Time Patrollers appear at once, making Dragon Ball collection easier. The fastest quest for this is Quest No. 4, 'Attack of the Saiyans'. First, defeat Krillin, Yamcha, and Tien. Then, three Patrollers will appear. Talk to them and defeat all of them; each has a chance to drop a Dragon Ball. If they don't appear or don't drop a ball, press Start and select 'Retry' to restart the quest. Alternatively, you can use quests like 'Fierce Battle! Ginyu Force' or 'Return of the Ginyu Force', as Time Patrollers spawn before other fights.

Method 2: New Character Creation

This method is slower but guarantees Dragon Balls. Step 1: Create a new character. Step 2: Complete the Time Patrol against Raditz. Step 3: Fight Sanud at Patroller Academy (you get a Dragon Ball for winning). Step 4: Complete the next Time Patrol. Step 5: Fight Ganto near Goku's house (use the blue map marker to find him; you get a Dragon Ball for winning). Repeat steps 1-5. You can delete the character after completion.

Combined Method: Collect the first 5 Dragon Balls using Method 1 and the remaining 2 using Method 2. This is ideal because Method 2 is tedious, and Method 1's drop chance decreases as you collect more Dragon Balls.
