Events and other areas

Discover all events in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, from main and side quests to special classes like Krillin's delivery and Yamcha's stone hunt. Learn about NPC requests and more.

Throughout your gameplay you will encounter a whole bunch of different events all over Conton City. These range from main story quests to side activities and special encounters.

Main Quests

These are events that are part of the main story and are marked on the map with a red scroll. They include Time Patrol events within the Time Nest that advance the main story, and events around Conton City that often serve as tutorials for game mechanics and modes, such as the Parallel Quest tutorial.

Side Quests

Marked by a blue circle on the map and a blue exclamation mark above the NPC, side quests are of two types:

1. Parallel Quests: Speak to the NPC to initiate a Parallel Quest. If you win (Ultimate Finish not required), you can access the quest from the Time Machine area. For these, you must use your created character and cannot use allies like Goku or Vegeta.
2. Time Patroller Duels: Talk to Time Patroller NPCs to fight them. These fights often guarantee a Dragon Ball as a reward (if you don't already have all of them).

Special Classes

These spawn randomly in Conton City after you return from any quest. Supreme Kai of Time, Old Kai, or Trunks will notify you when they appear. Both types are marked on the map:

• Krillin and Milk Delivery: Find Krillin east of Orange Star High School, in front of the accessory shop. He'll give you milk bottles to deliver to 2-5 nearby NPCs. Flight, vehicles, and running are disabled; you must skip to deliver. Avoid leaning on walls to prevent breaking bottles. A slight speed boost can be achieved by pressing the X button (or equivalent) just as your feet touch the ground. Consecutive boosts increase speed, but mistimed jumps can break bottles. Rewards include TP Medals and milk items based on delivery time. Completing this event 10 times earns a trophy.
• Yamcha and Turtle Stone Throw: Yamcha is located in the tropical island area. He will throw turtle stones, appearing as shiny blue objects around Conton City. Collect a target number of stones (more can be collected) and return to Yamcha. Rewards include TP Medals based on the total stones collected and time taken. Completing this event 10 times earns a trophy.

Requests, Food Giveaways, and Emote Requests

NPCs with an orange question mark above their heads (not shown on the map) offer these events:

• Requests: NPCs may ask for specific items or completion of Parallel Quests or Expert Missions. Completing these requests rewards armor sets or items.
• Emote Requests: An NPC might ask you to perform a specific emote. Successfully doing so earns you a new emote. Some requests require previously earned emotes.
• Food Giveaways: Available after talking to Majin Buu in his house. These NPCs may give you food items. You can repeat these interactions after completing any quest and returning to the NPCs.
