    From the Small Private Altar Site of Grace in Belurat, Tower Settlement, go through the door on your left and across the balcony. You'll find a locked door requiring the Storeroom Key.

    Return to the previous junction and take the right door, then ascend the stairs to a courtyard.

    You may encounter a Horned Warrior; you can fight or ignore it.

    To the right of the Horned Warrior's initial position, find an alleyway.

    Proceed through the alleyway to the end and turn left. You'll find a door and a ladder.

    Climb the ladder. At the top, just before the door, a body holds the Storeroom Key.

    Return to the Small Private Altar Site of Grace.

    Head through the room to your left and use the Storeroom Key to open the door.

    Enter the room and speak to the woman inside, who is Hornsent Grandam. She will not have much to say initially.

    To progress her quest, you must obtain the Divine Beast Head. This requires defeating the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, a boss found later in the Legacy Dungeon.

    After defeating the boss and acquiring the Divine Beast Head, equip it.

    Return to Hornsent Grandam and speak to her again. She will share background information and give you the Watchful Spirit Incantation.
