Alright, Tarnished! So you're looking for the Dryleaf Arts weapon in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree? It's a bit of a trek, but totally doable. We'll need to head to the Scadu Atlus region first.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Your first stop is the Highroad Cross Site of Grace. To get there, you'll need to push through Castle Ensis, which is northeast of the Ellac Greatbridge. Fair warning, you'll have to face Rellana, Twin Moon Knight on the way. Honestly, it's best to tackle her once you've grabbed a few Scadutree Fragments and maybe maxed out a weapon. Once you're at Highroad Cross, grab the Monk's Missive from the item next to Miquella's Cross.
  2. 2
Next, make your way to the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace. It's east of Highroad Cross. You'll find a Monk chilling there. He won't talk, but if you use the May The Best Win gesture in front of him, he'll send you somewhere else.
  3. 3
This is where things get spicy. You'll be teleported to a new area to duel Dryleaf Dane. If your build is decent, he shouldn't give you too much trouble.

Defeating Dryleaf Dane:

Dryleaf Dane is a monk, so expect a lot of close-quarters combat. He doesn't have any ranged attacks, which is good news for us. Your best bet is to keep your distance and use your own ranged attacks, like spells or your bow. If you're stuck in melee range, just keep moving. Wait for him to finish a combo, then quickly get in one or two hits before backing off. If you see him charging up an attack, that's your cue to go for a backstab!

Once you've defeated Dryleaf Dane, you'll be sent back to the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace. The Dryleaf Arts (which are gloves) and Dane's Hat will be on the ground. Since the Dryleaf Arts are gloves, you'll want to be up close and personal to get the most out of them. If you've got a build with high Vigor, especially in the Realm of Shadow, these could be a great addition.
