Ignore the FOE for now and walk three steps north to find a door on your left. In the opposite corner you can find a fishing point to obtain a Forest Fish. If you don't have any other Forest Fish, please don't eat the fish since it'll needed to clear an event later. Go back and now watch the FOE's movement. He travels around 3x3 squares in the middle of the area, so make a careful movement to go past him to the southeast route.
Follow the way to the southwest corner of D3 block. Here you notice a monkey hanging from a branch. After noticing your presence, the monkey makes a mocking gesture, and you also notice there you are a lot of apples nearby. If you can drive the monkey away you can climb up the tree and pick up those apples. Select the first option Pretend to throw the apple and one random party member will do that, but it angers the monkey and throw back a hard, unripe apple to him, dealing 15 HP of damage. Now select the first option again Try with someone else and select any party member (preferably a backline character) to do the same, but this character will also receive 15 HP of damage. Do the same gesture again with another character, and the monkey will throw a rotten fruit. On your fourth and fifth attempts, the selected characters will receive 15 HP of damage as well. But on your sixth attempt, your character will be determined to catch the fruit. Now select the first option Predict an overhanded throw to successfully catch an apple which is a Moon Apple. The second option Predict an underhanded throw will only cause 15 HP of damage again. The "minigame" ends here; after all the damage you decide not to climb the tree and continue the journey.
Make your way to past the FOE, and then look at the southeast corner to find a shining point where a patch of wheat stalk exists. This is a place where you can collect a random amount of Forest Wheat but it requires a character who has learned Forage Skill to do that. Now continue north and carefully walk in the narrow corridor to get past the second FOE, and you'll find a crevice on your left, which serves as shortcut to connect this area with the previous FOE room.
Now continue straight to the east to arrive at a very cool place. Nearby you'll also meet a Listless Fellow which is also resting here. Aside from the breeze wind, he mentions that this is a good place to make dried fish. Talk to him again and select Ask how to make dried fish to learn how to make Dried Fish from Forest Fish.

Here you can make Dried Fish as many as you want. Personally, I converted all but one to have a couple of that. Once you're done with that make your way to the most eastern corner in C6. There are some pebbles that remind you of stone skipping game, a favorite game among Earthlains. Select T
