The Circuit de Cataluña is a racing venue featured in Forza Horizon 3. It offers several configurations, each providing a unique challenge.

Grand Prix Circuit

This is a large 2.89 mile racetrack characterized by a long straightaway and numerous twists and turns, particularly around the initial straight shot.

National Circuit

A shorter 1.85 mile variant of the Grand Prix circuit. It omits the section of track that follows the first turn of the National Circuit.

School Circuit

This track utilizes the section removed from the National Circuit, creating a unique 1.06 mile course. It is moderately hilly and quite small.

Strategy

The race often begins with a long straightaway ideal for achieving high speeds. However, immediately following are two narrow turns that necessitate a significant speed reduction. It's best to take these turns from the inside. Next, you'll encounter a long, wide curve; maintaining a middle line will minimize the need for braking. After this curve, a short straightaway leads to an extremely sharp right turn. Take this turn from the middle. Another straight stretch follows, where you should maintain your speed, before an abrupt left turn. This left turn is narrow, so hug the inside and drastically reduce your speed. Following this, accelerate slightly on the next straightaway before navigating a narrow left turn, followed by a medium left. Slow down a bit for the second of these. Accelerate as the road ahead presents a mild right turn that can be taken at speed, but be cautious of the track narrowing and potentially running off the road. Continue accelerating until the halfway point of the next straightaway, then begin to slow down drastically for an extremely sharp turn. This is followed by a straightaway where you can accelerate, leading into a medium S-turn requiring only a slight speed reduction. Another acceleration zone precedes a series of narrow S-turns; these should be taken at medium speeds. Finally, take one more medium left, slow down slightly, and then accelerate towards the finish line.
