Walkthrough

    Man the turret and eliminate all visible enemies. If enemies take cover behind windows, dismount the turret and engage them directly.

    After clearing the Emergence Hole enemies, return to the Troika. A Locust will kick open a door behind it; kill it.

    Proceed down the next hallway and kick open the door to advance.

    Knock Knock (A16): Proceed down the long hallway and open the door.

    Locate Cog Tag CT7: Head from the door towards the presumed toll booth, then slightly northwest to find a van with a red GoW symbol. Search around the van for the tag.

    From the van, head northeast towards the northernmost sandbags.

    When an enemy appears from the middle door, try to kill him before the one from the rightmost door appears.

    Head north (towards the middle door on your left). Check this area to ensure the Grunt was killed or if another has taken its place.

    Proceed north past the Emergence Hole and look left. Chainsaw or kill the enemy on the Troika.

    Hop over the sandbags in front of the Troika and watch the cutscene.

    After the cutscene, turn around and head down the steps on the left side of the area.

    Take cover behind the sandbags. Engage and eliminate all moving enemies, using the chainsaw if they get too close.

    Once all enemies are defeated, a "Point-of-Interest" icon will appear. A previously closed door will open; take cover and eliminate the enemy.

    After the combat music stops, head outside, find a shotgun, and switch your non-Lancer for it. Pick up ammo from fallen Locusts.

    Hammer (A17): Head back inside the building and to the left, through the now-open door.

    Go left and up the stairs.

    At the overhang where Cole is shooting, turn right.

    Take cover next to the locked door and shoot Locusts until Kim opens it.

    Head downstairs, out to the left, revive Cole if needed, and kill any remaining enemies.

    Return to the hallway with the staircase and go left to reach an overhang on the opposite side.

    Go up the steps and to the left.

    Enter the next door and go right into the hallway. Be prepared to fight Wretches, which are small, melee-focused enemies. The shotgun is effective against them.

    A checkpoint will be triggered.
Tips
  • On Insane difficulty, this part is challenging but follows the normal walkthrough strategy.
  • In the final shootout, consider staying farther back.
  • The shotgun is very useful against Wretches.
  • If enemies take cover behind windows, it may be easier to dismount the turret and engage them directly.
  • If you miss killing a specific Grunt, don't worry, but be aware you might be near death.
  • If enemies flank you, reposition.
