Objective 1: Move to Abandoned Train Station

First things first, head southeast from where you land and duck under the bridge that's overhead. Veer left and you'll find some buildings. Stick to cover, peek around the corner (hopefully you've still got that MR-C LW equipped!), and start taking down the roughly five rebels in the area.

Once they're down, move all the way left and then head east. Keep following the streets, but keep an eye out for openings on your right. There are three enemies waiting in one of those openings.

Continue down the leftmost street. You'll hit a checkpoint and then find yourself in a large open area with a truck. Move to the back of the truck and use it for cover. Peek around the corner into the open area – there are three more enemies there, and they should be easy targets from your current position.

After you've dealt with them, move to the wall directly in front of the truck and use it for cover. Peek around the corner and look up. You'll spot a marksman positioned above a building. If you've got a scope, that should be enough to take him out. If you're rocking a grenade launcher, you'll want to get a little closer, staying in cover, and blast him.

With the marksman down, you can move into the open area. There's an ammo box here, so use it to top off your health and reload your weapons.

Now, you need to move past this area and head left. Look for a greenish bus in the distance and run towards it. As soon as you spot an alley, make a sharp right into it. You should find three more rebels patrolling this narrow space.

Work your way through the tight corners until you reach another open area. The abandoned train station is right across from you. Take cover and fire down at the three or four enemies guarding the entrance to the station. Check the left and right entrances, and once the path looks clear, move into the train station. Don't sweat it, the big lobby should be empty if you cleared out the guys outside.
