Second Hand Soul: Dwarves

Head to the Völunder Mines, located southeast of Týr’s Temple. Find Brok at his shop inside the mines and speak to him to accept the Favor, 'Second Hand Soul'.

To the right of the main door, find a Lore Marker for Atreus to read. Place the Entry Stone into the pedestal to open the door.

Proceed through the newly opened door. Destroy the debris blocking a path by tossing your axe at a bomb to your left. Collect the Hacksilver and open the coffin.

Jump the gap and break the boards at the end of the passage.

Continue to the right to trigger a Soul Eater, which will ignore you.

Break the boards at the end of the next passage and collect the Hacksilver. Drop into the area below.

Defeat the Nightmares and Draugrs that appear. Strike the bomb overhead to trigger an explosion at the far end.

Search the corpse for Hacksilver and open the gate to proceed.

Toss your axe at the disc to drop a bomb on enemies below.

A Revenant will attack. Use Atreus to pin it with arrows while you attack with your axe.

To your right, break the boards to find a Hacksilver chest. Collect more Hacksilver from a dwarf's corpse.

To your left, you will see a door locked by Nornir Runes. You need to find and destroy three runes to proceed.

Climb down the chain to the right of the bridge. Destroy the two Nightmares that spawn.

Find a coffin and a Treasure Map for Atreus. Proceed along the path until you are under the bridge.

Break the boards to your right. Look right to see a bomb hanging from a runic disc. Hit the disc to destroy the first Rune.

Head back to where you destroyed the boards under the bridge. Climb the ledge and drop down the chain.

Look at the west wall to find the second Rune.

Climb down the chain. Open the gate to the right to find a coffin and the final Rune. The ring you are searching for is on a head dangling from the Soul Eater in this area.

When you exit this area, you will be attacked by Nightmares and Draugrs, including Heavies and Speed types. Use the bombs around the area and attack the Projectile Drauger from where the chain is.

Once the area is clear, climb the chain again and head through the Nornir door.

Collect the Hacksilver to your right as you enter the passage.

Head around the corner and jump down the ledge to face the Soul Eater.

The Soul Eater is passive until attacked. Its weak point is its core, revealed when it attacks. Dodge its fireballs using the stone columns.

Throw your axe, preferably Heavy throws, at the exposed core when it attacks. This will knock off small clusters you can pick up and throw back at the Soul Eater to make them explode.

Deal enough damage to stun it. A red ring will appear above its head. Dash in and press [R3] to climb on top and use [R1] and [R2] to deal damage.

Repeat these steps, dodging around the arena, to defeat the Soul Eater.

After defeating the Soul Eater, check where it fell to find the Alchemist’s Ring, 3000+ Hacksilver, Fire Sigil of Protection, Soft Svartalfheim Steel, and World Serpent Scale Fragments.

Open the Legendary Chest in the area.
