Spicy Shards are a crafting material in Grounded 2 that can be gathered by smashing Spicy Candies with a Tier 2 OmniHammer. They are essential for crafting Mage gear and Spicy Arrows.

Locations:

• By the Chacas box in the center of the Snackbar Front area.
• Two atop the Trash Can in the Entrance region.
• Southwest of the Trash Can, northwest of the Tunnel Entrance, south of the Trash Can.
• Under the Lamppost in Picnic, inside where the Dead Root is.
• Inside the Toxic Anthill, next to the border of Snackbar and Picnic.
• Underneath the table cloth of the Picnic Table (climb via cutlery and cloth bends).
• Around the briefcase on and towards the Picnic table.
• On the border of Fire Pit and Picnic Table.
• Two near the Memorial Crate in the central northern area of Pine Hill.
• Two in Pine Hill near the northern border of Fire Pit, east of Spider Den North Entrance.
• Inside a Hot Chacas box near the Pebble Village Lunch box POI, south of the Ice Cream Cart. One inside the Pebble Village POI.
• Inside the empty Terrarium in Ceremony.
• On the Podium in Ceremony by the Chacas box.
• On top of the Skateboard in Grass Games.

Uses:

Spicy Shards are primarily used for their Spicy gear effects. Crafting Spicy Arrows adds Piercing damage with a special effect. Mage players can craft the Scorching Orb for magical attacks with Spicy Damage or the Sizzling armor set for Sizzling resistance and reduced stamina cost for staves. Farming Bombardier Beetles for Boiling Glands is recommended for the fire mage armor set.
