Mission 221 - Amazonian Training: Train with the Amazonian by executing each move displayed at the top of the screen. Objectives: Master Amazonian might to face Ares, Land an 8 Hit Combo, Execute a Combo greater than 40%.

Mission 222 - Lights Out: Fight Raven and Wonder Woman. Raven's attacks darken the screen, while Wonder Woman's brighten it. Objectives: Defeat Raven, Stop the screen from becoming 60% dark, Win a Clash.

Mission 223 - Meteor Shower: Fight Black Adam while avoiding meteors conjured by Ares. Objectives: Defeat Black Adam, Win with a Super Move, Never reach max Super Meter.

Mission 224 - An Amazonian's Power: Wonder Woman is losing health. Complete the listed moves in the tracker before time expires. Objectives: Complete the listed moves, Win with full second Health Bar, Complete the list in order.

Mission 225 - Sisters: Press LT for Wonder Woman's aid for a short time. She can only be used once. Objectives: Defeat Doomsday, Win without using Wonder Woman, Win with a Super Move.

Mission 226 - Purified Rain: Fight Ares. An energy storm is active; each raindrop collected fills your Super Meter. Objectives: Defeat Ares, Collect 25 raindrops, Hit 10 times to the head.

Mission 227 - Catching A Thief: Grundy has stolen a gemstone. Execute the correct sequence of commands in time to stop him. Objectives: Don't let Grundy get away, Win without missing any button inputs, Pull Grundy in after he is almost free.

Mission 228 - Who's There?: Fight Cyborg, who is controlled by Ares and uses a cloaking device. Objectives: Defeat Cyborg, Survive 8 seconds without being hit, Execute a Combo greater than 40%.

Mission 229 - Inner Strength: Train with Superman. Be the first to perform 100 hits. Objectives: Win the battle, Execute a Combo greater than 20%, Don't let your opponent reach 50 hits.

Mission 230 - Last Stand: Ares makes his final stand with Grundy, Bane, and Doomsday. Objectives: Defeat Ares, Connect 10 Special Moves, Survive 8 seconds without being hit.
