    Quickly sprint to the right and jump from the ledge to smash through the window on the opposite wall below.

    You'll land, and yep, the Guard Dog is still on your tail. Keep running right until you reach a ledge you can climb up.

    Warning: Don't climb up immediately! If you do, the dog will catch you. Instead, wait for the Guard Dog to come down the ramp in the background closest to you.

    Once the dog is on the ramp, *then* jump up onto the ledge. This forces the dog to run back up the ramp and then to the right, buying you crucial escape time.

    From the upper ledge, run right and make a jump for the hanging mind control device suspended over the cliff.
