On the Streets

A complete walkthrough for all 'On the Streets' Side Cases in Judgment, detailing how to find and complete each one, including rewards and tips.

These Side Cases are not picked up from an office or person. Instead, they're found on the street. Check the map and look for cyan-colored diamonds on the map to find where to start them.

Chapter 2 -

The Mad Bomber Strikes
In Nakamichi Alley, walk to the east of Ebisu Pawn. A bomb will just... go off! Yagami will hear more beeps. Head west and pick up the bomb there. Yagami will automatically disarm it. Suddenly, the bomber himself calls you and tells you there's one more bomb. He'll give you one hint: "In the angel in the warrior's maze". That means its in Earth Angel in the Champion District. Run your butt over there within five minutes and you'll disarm the bomb.

Chapter 3 -

Amidst a Dream
Head to the east side of Theater Square and you'll see Sana, a lady busker. Speak to her and buy her CD. Next, head to Bar Tender and she'll be hanging out there. Speak to her and answer the questions. Next, head back to Theater Square and speak to her again to learn about a production deal she has lined up. Now head back to Bar Tender and you'll meet both Sana and Saito, her "producer" (if the music didn't clue you in, this guy isn't on the up and up). Ask Sana if something happened, and she'll mention that she might be required to do some dirty for this business. She asks Yagami to investigate. Head to Theater Square to find Saito. Once you approach him, you'll begin a Tailing Mission. Follow him south, east, and south, and he'll duck into Cafe Mijore. Once he enters the building, quickly follow him up to the Cafe. Before you go inside, put on a Disguise, then sit down at the table next to the two. After hearing the worst stuff ever, head back to Theater Square to report to Sana. Sana won't be there, but she'll call you and you'll learn she's being kidnapped! Go into your Case File inventory to find Saito's Business Card, which labels his address on East Taihei. The spot you want is the building east of Bar Tender that's shaded yellow on your map. You'll find Sana's fans outside. Speak to them and you'll assault the building. Take out all the rude dudes inside to complete the side case.

Gone with the Breeze
Go to the east end of Park Boulevard and you'll be buzzed by a flying wig. Follow it to the west and you'll run into its owner. You'll engage in a Chase to chase after the wig. Once you catch it, you'll return it to the idol man for 100,000 yen. Not a bad day's run.

The Missing Diamond
This is actually kind of a "false" case and doesn't count for one of the fifty. It begins the moment Yagami steps out of Koi Bride after accepting the case "Sashimi of the Fallen". Genda will call you and say you've got a new case. Head over to Hotel New Deborah and you'll be introduced to Taeko Nakahara, who is asking for your help recovering her stolen purse, in particular the diamond ring inside. The first assumption is that the thief pawned it, so head to Ebisu Pawn. The broker will confirm that a guy did attempt to pawn a ring, but he wouldn't accept it. The guy then bought a chef's knife. This now connects back to the side case " Sashimi of the Fallen".

Chapter 4 -

The Mad Bomber Strikes Again
You must complete "The Mad Bomber Strikes" first. Head to the east side of Theater Square and you'll see an update on the news. The bomber himself will call you. Your hint for his next bomb is "an ox in the inn". This refers to the Akaushimaru (Red Ox) in the Hotel District. Go outside the restaurant and you'll run across it.

Entrapment
Go to the north end of the Champion District and a dude in a suit will try to drag you into his bar. Agree to follow and have a drink. Despite the promise of a low price from the husband, the wife charges Yagami 100 grand for a single drink. Things get real in a hurry, and you'll have no choice but to offer to pay, but Yagami will stop himself and go into Active Search. You can look at a lot of things here, but the most important things are the necklace around her neck, her makeup on her face, her right hand (above the receipt) and her left hand as she brings it up to her hair so you can see the tan line on her ring finger. You'll pay the money, but will tail the wife. Tail her all the way out of the district, west down Taihei, then north near Bantam. Fight her beau and you'll close this.

Chapter 5 -

The Black Calamity
As you walk near the north end of Senryo Ave., you should be able to spot a young woman in a black cloak. Approach her and agree to have your fortune told. She'll correctly predict a "calamity of water". All of a sudden, another dude shows up and runs away when he sees Yagami. The woman, Amane, explains that he's under a "black calamity" and asks you to follow him. Accept the tail and head to the marker on Pink Street to the West. Meguro is the dude that's second from the left, so spot him, then tail him. This tail is a little tricky because Meguro will sometimes double back if he spots a black object, so be ready to retreat to further cover. At the third stop, a barker will distract you, and you'll actually lose the tail for a moment. Head into the Champion District block and you'll spot him automatically and hide. You'll follow him all over the block and when you stop, you'll have to save him from a crooked bar named "Black Alice". Amane will pay you 15,000 yen for your trouble.

Gone with the Gust
This case is in the northeast corner of the map, near the Taxi Stand, and you must have completed "Gone with the Breeze". Hey, it's that stupid wig again. Go to where it lands and again you'll have to chase after it. Once you get close, a small child will grab it and run off. Chase that kid down and you'll get 13,000 yen as payment for finding the wig.

Chapter 6 -

Return of the Mad Bomber
On the northeast corner of the Millennium Tower block you'll see your pal Tsukumo just hanging out. Chat with him and he'll mention an electromagnetic wave. Just then, you'll get a call
