Fuel tanks store the propellants for your engines. They come in various sizes and shapes, holding Liquid Fuel, Oxidizer, Monopropellant, or a combination. Different tanks are optimized for different engine types (e.g., Liquid Fuel only for NTRs, Liquid Fuel + Oxidizer for standard liquid engines).

Managing fuel flow is important, especially with asparagus staging. Use fuel lines to direct fuel from outer tanks to the central core. Ensure your tanks are structurally sound and don't add excessive drag. The amount of fuel you carry directly impacts your ΔV.
