Complete the Traverse Town section as Riku in kingdom hearts 3d dream drop distance. Defeat Nightmares and Hockomonkey for rewards.

Riku awakens in Traverse Town and must immediately confront Nightmares. After defeating some initial enemies, head to the ledge of the building southeast of your starting point to find a portal. Use it to face three more Nightmares. Blocking three of their attacks rewards you with 10 DP, a Vibrant Fantasy, and a Shield Cookie.

Proceed south into the First District. After a scene, you will face a large group of Nightmares. You can use the Portal from Tidus in the southeast corner to access more Spirits. Completing this fight grants Drop Bonuses as a Bonus Level.

The girl, Shiki, introduces herself. After a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), go west to the Back Streets. This area is linear; follow the path until a four-way intersection. Go north to find a chest containing a Potion. Return to the intersection and go south. At the end of this path, near some water, open a chest in a pool for a Paint Gun (Sky Blue x10).

Enter the tunnel and use Flowmotion to cross a gap. On the other side, use the nearby ledge to find a chest with a Thunder spell. Return to the ground and go back to where you found the Potion, then enter the sewers. In the next room, defeat enemies and open the nearby chest for another Shield Cookie.

Exit the sewers to the south. In the next room, defeat more Nightmares and find a chest with a Potion. Go north and leave the sewers. On the bridge, use Flowmotion to reach the far roof with a chest containing an Intrepid Figment. Return to the bridge, go north, and follow the path to a Save Point.

In Fountain Plaza, use the Reality Shift Slingshot with a barrel to knock down eastern crates, revealing a chest with a Vibrant Fantasy. Continue to the fountain and climb the crates on the west side to find a chest with an Ice Dream Cone. The exit is north, behind the fountain.

In the Fourth District, ride a wire to the large building and open the chest in the top area for Treasure Goggles. Ride to the northwestern buildings and open a chest for a Balloon. Return to the large building, press Y to reach a ledge, fight enemies, and open the chest for Confetti Candy. In the western lit-up area, open a chest for Confetti Candy. Find a chest with an Intrepid Figment on the roofs of nearby buildings. Go southeast, defeat enemies, and open a chest for a Potion.

Go north and northeast to a large open area with a Save Point. Open the eastern chest for a Shield Cookie. Use the door to the west to proceed.

After a scene, you will confront the black-hooded man. You will then fight the boss, Hockomonkey.
