BOSS - Parasite Cage

Stats / Weaknesses:

  • The Parasite Cage is always facing you.
  • It fires poisonous balls, forcing you to move between platforms.
  • Use The King cards to heal when your HP is low.
  • Card break the Parasite Cage to enter Dark Mode and potentially obtain the Gimmick Card, which neutralizes the poisonous floor.
  • Holy Burst or Inverse Burst can stun the Parasite Cage.

Strategy:

  • Constantly move between the four spinning platforms to avoid attacks.
  • Prioritize collecting The King cards for healing.
  • Attempt to card break the Parasite Cage to activate Dark Mode.
  • If you obtain the Gimmick Card, use it to make the floor safe.
  • Use Holy Burst or Inverse Burst for a chance to stun the boss.

BOSS - Vexen

Stats / Weaknesses:

  • Vexen uses Ice Needles and Freeze sleights.
  • He has a shield that needs to be bypassed.
  • When low on health, he uses Diamond Dust.
  • The King cards can stun Vexen.

Phases:

  1. Opening: Use Jafar-Genie from the start and card break Vexen to get past his shield.
  2. Dark Mode: When in Dark Mode, you can bypass the shield and deal damage more directly. Break his sleights.
  3. Diamond Dust: When Vexen is low on health, he will use Diamond Dust, a blizzard attack followed by a wall of ice.

Strategy:

  • Start the battle with the Jafar-Genie card.
  • Card break Vexen to get past his initial shield.
  • Enter Dark Mode to deal direct damage and bypass his shield.
  • Focus on breaking Vexen's sleights. If you fail to break them, be prepared to dodge Freeze (ice stalagmite) and Ice Needles (following icicles).
