Tracking Down Mac

Black Lantern Memories: Re-enter the Black Lantern. To Jed's left, find a check taped to the back of the counter for Memory #8: Rent Check - Gabe.

Minor Decision - Dock Zen Moment: Outside the Black Lantern, find a dock to your right between the boat and the rental shack for a Zen moment.

Optional: Steph's Text: Steph texts Alex asking to visit the record store.

Locating Characters: You are looking for Steph (Rocky Mountain Record Traders), Char (The Silver Dragon Dispensary), Ryan, and Mac.

Pike: Find Pike leaning against the cop car. You can listen to his sadness and talk to him. Dialogue choices: First set is up to you. Second set: "I'll be ready soon." is nicer; "Mac's a liar." makes Alex lash out, turning Pike's sadness into anxiety.

Officer's Sadness: On the other side of the car, scan the sadness of the guy with glasses.

Ethan: The two officers are talking about Ethan, who is by the water, taking Gabe's death hard. Find him on a small beach by the stream in the park. You can talk to him, but he is full of anger.

Minor Decision - Birdwatcher: Near the park entrance, find a birdwatcher. Scan her thoughts; she's looking for a specific bird for a contest. Turn toward the tree with carvings, go past it and the disc golf basket to a patio area. To your right, observe a hawk in a tree. Return to the birdwatcher and report your findings.

New Resident: As you head toward the shops, pass a man debating buying the Brown Bear Diner. You can listen to his conversation and thoughts. He is Jack Stevens.

Typhon Miners: In the middle of the road, find Typhon miners worried about their jobs. You can scan their emotions.

Shop Options: Char's dispensary (right), record store (left), flower shop (end of strip on right). Riley is in the alley to the right of the dispensary. Visit these in any order.

Riley: Approach Riley in the alley. Scan her thoughts for anxiety. Talk to her. "Gotta run" ends the conversation. Mentioning Gabe or Eleanor makes her open up. To learn about Mac, you must have spoken to him first. She will reveal Mac was planning to leave Haven.

The Silver Dragon Dispensary: Enter the dispensary and speak with Char. You'll meet Diane on the way in. Dialogue choices: First set is up to you. The second choice may differ if you spoke to Ethan.
