When fighting Midbus alone, use a Special attack like Magikoopa Mob or Broggy.

If Midbus summons Snawfuls, use the Vacuum ability to suck them up and have the Mario Bros. defeat them with a Snack Basket. Midbus gains 30/60/90/120 HP per turn for each Snawful remaining.

A counter increases as Vacuumed Snawfuls are defeated. Around a count of 8, Midbus will stop summoning Snawfuls.

Heal when necessary, especially if Mario and Luigi need help, as being underleveled can be detrimental. A single mistake on the snowball attacks can result in over 200 damage.

The Dark Star boss is located in the Airway and has 1,428 HP and 1,488 HP (Peach's Castle). It drops D-Star Wear and Star Candy. It awards 9,999 EXP and 2,000 coins.

The Dark Star cannot be damaged until it is hit by two bombs from Dark Satellites, and this window is limited.

Dark Satellites have 260 HP and 390 C. Medals. They drop no items and award 0 EXP and 0 coins. Their attacks include a laser and a suicide bomb.

To damage the Dark Star, defeat the two Dark Satellites it summons. Attack them with normal Jumps or the Snack Basket Special if low-leveled.

After defeating the Dark Satellites, they will perform a kamikaze move. Hit the Dark Satellite to trigger the bomb. A double hammer counter from the Mario Bros. can work, though one brother may take damage.

Once both Dark Satellites are sent into the Dark Star, it becomes vulnerable. Use the Falling Star Special if your Badge (HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap) element showing special attack meter) gauge is full, especially with the Powerful Badge equipped.

Repeat the process of making the Dark Star vulnerable and attacking it until its HP is depleted.

For its final attack, repeatedly press A and B to dodge. This attack can deal around 45 damage at Lv. 25 and may KO a character.

The Peach's Castle boss battle occurs in Peach's Castle and has 1,488 HP. It awards 7,500 EXP and 2,000 coins, dropping Star Candy.

During the Peach's Castle boss fight, avoid black holes by punching Peach's Castle. Counter tackle, missile, and spiky tackle attacks with punches. For the pushing fight, spin a circle. The laser attack seems to have no effect. For the black hole attack, slide repeatedly.
