Alright, so you're heading into the Center Tunnel, which is part of Dry Station. It's pretty well-lit, which sounds good, but it also means enemies can spot you easily. You'll run into a couple of bandits and some rats. The main thing here is to stay out of sight. If you can manage that, the bandits will just chill out and go back to what they were doing, making things a lot easier.

    You'll see two bandits messing with rats, and another bandit chilling on a balcony overlooking the entrance to the next section of Dry Station. The tunnel itself is brightly lit. If you extinguish the lights near the targets, the bandits will get alerted, so be careful. If you stay hidden, they'll calm down pretty quickly. You can actually recover 3 arrows and a throwing knife from the targets themselves.

    REDUX RHC Note: In the Redux version with Ranger Hardcore mode, you'll find +1 BULLET instead of +6 in one spot.

    Before you try to deal with the bandit watching his money or the one in red, you absolutely need to take out the bandit on the balcony. The best way to do this is to sneak down the left tunnel. Wait until the bandit in red has his back turned, then carefully sneak past the cans. Climb up the ladder to the balcony. The bandit up there should be sitting down. Quickly knock him out or kill him. After that, check the cabinet with the record player – it’s got +6 BULLETS for you (or +1 BULLET in RHC).

    The bandit in the red clothing will eventually wander off into one of the alcoves. Once the balcony bandit is dealt with, you can either take him out with a throwing knife (press TAB + UP) or sneak up behind him and knock him out. This bandit is carrying a Shambler, which is a decent shotgun that holds six shells. Check the small case in the alcove he was in for +8 BULLETS (or +1 BULLET in RHC).

    Now, deal with the bandit who's racing rats. There's a small container on top of a crate near the rat racing track that holds +8 BULLETS.

    Finally, head back towards the ladder. Quickly sneak around to the bandit sitting on the couch. You can knock him out easily. There's a Throwing Knife on the table with the radio.
Tips
  • Staying out of sight is key. If you can avoid alerting the bandits, they'll just return to their routines, making your life much easier.
  • Prioritize taking out the bandit on the balcony first. It opens up the rest of the area and makes dealing with the other enemies much simpler.
  • Keep an eye out for the Shambler shotgun; it's a solid weapon to pick up if you need it.
