Area 2

From the previous area, use the Space Jump to reach the door leading to the boss arena of the final Metroid in this area. Enter this door.

Drop down, run left, and jump to the platform. Use a Super Missile to open the door to the left. Jump to this door and proceed through.

Run left and use the Space Jump to reach a narrow passageway. Roll through it, then drop down. Bomb the next two floors to fall further down.

Bomb the third floor on the right side and roll through the resulting gap. Jump up, roll through the next opening, and drop down to acquire the Super Missile Expansion (SM3).

Drop down, run right, shoot the ceiling to reveal a path, and jump up. Run right and enter the door.

Drop down, run right, jump up, and enter the next door.

Use the Space Jump to reach the far right wall. Grab onto the wall and roll into the narrow gap to acquire missile expansion (ME42).

Drop down to the Save Station. Save your game. Drop down to the bottom of the area, run left, and enter the door.

Run left, climb up the shaft, and run left at the top. Enter the door.

Go left through the next door, continue running left, drop down, and run right to reach the Teleport Station.

Warp to the first Teleport Station in Area 3.
