Part 9

Focus on damaging the growth on the witch monster while dodging its purple blasts.

Avoid tentacles that appear as you damage the growth.

Once enough damage is dealt, Ryu will move to the growth on the monster's head. Mash Y when prompted to finish the fight.

Press B as Ryu falls to catch the girl and save her.

Run forward through the snow on Day 6.

Kill enemies that attack as you enter denser snow.

Go down the slope and run forward through the blizzard.

Kill enemies, including those on snowmobiles, using the bow to destroy the snowmobiles.

When the last snowmobile is destroyed, an avalanche triggers. Press A to leap to a nearby cliffside.

Use the Kunai Climb (a technique to scale walls using kunai) to avoid falling.

Move right and hook onto an ice slab to avoid falling snow.

Climb the ice slab until it starts to shake and come loose.

Move left to reattach to the wall and finish climbing.

Run forward and save at the bird (a save point).

Go through the cave and use the slide move to avoid a monster bursting from the wall.

Fight monsters; when the first wave is defeated, ice will fall from the wall.

Ignore new monsters and run to the wall as the floor caves in.

Run up the wall and use Kunai Climb to latch on and climb to the top.

Go to the hole with glowing bugs and slide into it.

Fight through the bugs in the pitch-black cave.

At a pair of walls, use the Flying Bird Flip ability (a mid-air maneuver) to reach the top.

Before using Flying Bird Flip, shoot the bug nest with the bow.

At the top, fight zombies and light bugs.

Shoot the bug nest hanging on the wall with an arrow to make it crash down, lighting the room.

Shoot the other bug nest across the gap to destroy ice, but monsters will spawn. Defeat them.

Wall Run (a move to run along walls) and leap to Kunai Climb the wall where the bug nest was.

Climb the wall, but falling ice will cause you to slip. Quickly pull both triggers to stick kunai back into the wall and resume climbing.

Wall Run over a gap and slide down a slope.

Press A to launch Ryu through the air.

Hold LT and tilt the analog stick left, then right, then right again, then left to avoid falling ice towers and land safely.

Run forward and fight new monsters.

Kunai Climb up the wall.

Approach the large door with a demonic face.

Kill more monsters that appear.

Dodge the kamikaze bomb monsters that the demonic face revives.

The face will fly off the wall, and more monsters will arrive. Kill them.

Pelt the flying demon face with arrows when it glows yellow.

It will transform into a large monster with a scythe. Slide to it, slash, block, and slide away. Repeat until destroyed.

Walk to the double doors and press B to open them.

Save using the bird that lands on the pillar.

Fight all enemies; they will be turned into bombs by the flying demon head. Avoid explosions.

Kill the rest of the enemies.

Pelt the demon head with arrows when it turns yellow.

Kill the monster that spawns from the mask.

Go to the metal gate and exit the room.

Go up the stairs, kill monsters, and continue as more burst through a plate glass window.

Fight all monsters.

Kill the flying demon head monster.

Kick open the gate and continue.

Press A to avoid a laser fired from a demon head as you step onto a balcony.

Press Y to attack the enemy in the white robe below.

Kill the rest of the white-robed foes.

Two fully evolved demon masked monsters will appear one at a time. Kill the first one.

Dodge their scythe attack; their weapon will get stuck, allowing free attacks.

Use heavy attacks (Y button) to break their attack animation and ruin their blocking.

Kill the second demon masked monster.

Head down the hall and save using the bird.

Continue down the hall; enemies will pop out of glass containers and attack. Kill them all.

Snake around the containers to reach a new room.

Fight a Ryu clone. Spam Y + X attack repeatedly.

When enough damage is done, the Ryu clone will fall. Walk over and press X.

Mash Y to finish the battle.

After a short scene, fight a super-powered demonic version of the Ryu clone.

Employ the same strategy as before, but incorporate more dodging.
