Part 13

Clear mini-dragons and ninja archers from the rooftop.

Use charged arrow shots to defeat archers on the opposite rooftop.

Explore the area below at your own risk for a chest with Essence, or take the zipline to the other rooftop.

If you explore below, be prepared for an Incendiary Dog ambush.

Take the zipline to the other side, jump down, and eliminate the ninjas that appear.

Kick enemies off the roof to clear the area and activate the nearby Save Statue (checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death)).

Jump down to Times Square North and eliminate the ninjas that appear.

Go north to the next area and defeat the Van Gelfs.

After clearing the area, continue north to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) with the Green Van Gelf.

Eliminate the Green Van Gelf using the same combos as the pink version.

Jump down into the sewers to find a Save Statue (checkpoint).

As you traverse the sewers, defeat the Van Gelfs and mutant bats. Use Wind Blades if overwhelmed.

At the sewer intersection, turn right and approach the dead body near the ladder to obtain the JEWEL OF THE DEMON SEAL, which allows Ryu to upgrade Ninpo scrolls.

Climb the ladder, use a Wall Run on the metal gate to the next ledge.

Follow the walls, turn left to find an open metal gate, and enter it. Take the ladder down to the Lower Sewers 1.

Eliminate the Van Gelfs that emerge from the tunnel.

Jump and swing to the next area, killing more Van Gelfs.

If you fall, run towards the stairway, watch for mutant bats, then run and jump back to the top.

At the end of the path, jump down to the circular area to grab arrows from a dead body.

Carefully enter Lower Sewers 2.

Eliminate the Van Gelf that jumps out and the rest of the bunch.

Make a left turn from the Van Gelf encounter to find a dead body with the TECHNIQUE OF SHADOWLESS FOOTSTEPS Scroll.

Use a double Wall Run to the back of the cave to find a Crystal Skull (#6).

Go in the opposite direction from the Van Gelf encounter to another set of walls.

Eliminate the remaining Van Gelfs and run/swing to the other side.

As you approach the next area, eliminate the ninjas that appear.

Use a Wall Run to reach the higher ledge with the Muramasa Statue. Stock up on items.

Kick down the nearby door to enter Lower Sewers 3.

Prepare for ninjas and Van Gelfs. Grab Incendiary Shurikens from a dead body near the entrance.

Use Incendiary Shurikens to attack archers and Van Gelfs.

Destroy the ventilation fans by tossing Incendiary Shurikens at them.

The area to the east contains more ninjas and chests.

Destroy the fans on the west side of the door you entered and make your way down.

Eliminate more ninjas.

Destroy the last ventilation fan and jump/swing to the area below.

Stay underwater and swim through the open pipeline to the next area to avoid mutant bats.

Emerge from the water in the Outer Subway area to encounter mutant bats and ninjas.

Defeat them and grab arrows from a dead body.

Approach the statue to SAVE your game (checkpoint).

Use a Bird Flip on the vertical subway car to reach the top.

Toss Incendiary Shurikens or use charged arrows to kill archers on the opposite ledge.

Use a Wall Run to reach the opposite ledge, open the chest for goodies.

Use another Wall Run to the next cavern and eliminate the Van Gelfs.

Jump down and kill more Van Gelfs.
