Walkthrough

    Head straight, then take the first turn on your right, and follow it to a gray door.

    Enter the gray door to find a save room. Open the chest for a HERB. Save your game and Enhance items.

    Go down the hallway and kill the tentacles blocking your path.

    Kill the tentacle men at the end quickly, or else they'll regenerate.

    Search the book shelves at the end of the Tenticle corridor to find the Orange Book, the Green Book, and a Byakko to add to your files.

    Enter the door at the end.

    Kill the tentacle men, taking them slow and using magic if they become overwhelming.

    Take the corridor all the way to the set of doors on your left.

    Head back out to the corridor and take the halls back to the save room.

    Go back into the first room that came before the save room.

    Use the Purifier Bell on the door blocked by tortured souls. Analyze the door first, then choose the bell from your inventory. A small cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) will play.

    Open the Treasure Box by activating the locks in this order: Center, Right, Left.

    After opening the box, you will get the Blue Key. Take the Byakko off the ground and the Apocalypse #1 from the large, glowing green light in the center back of the room.

    On your way out, examine the structure to your right next to the door to find your seventh piece of Fluorite.

    Go back a few rooms into the room where you found a Flourite and use the Blue Key on the blue door.

    Watch the cut-scene unfold. Samanosuke is trapped behind a magical barrier.

    As Kaede, exit the room you are in.

    Talk to the dying soldier to get the Red Key.

    Exit The Keep, avoiding monster demons as they are tough for Kaede.

    Enter into the South Area, past the chasm that led underground from earlier in the game.

    Head west and to the green door that is locked. Avoid ninja demons.

    Use the Red Key to open the green door and enter the West Area.
Tips
  • Tentacle men regenerate if not killed quickly.
  • Use magic if tentacle men or armored guys become overwhelming.
  • Avoid getting too close to armored guys to prevent them from grabbing your neck.
  • Avoid all monsters as Kaede, as even the weakest demons take about ten hits to kill.
